Bellepommes is a startup company founded in 2012 by two friends. It specializes in fashion luxury outerwear for children aged between 0 and 12 years. The brand's strategy is to sell products directly to consumers through online webshops and physical stores. 

As part of my job, I was responsible for designing, producing and manufacturing the products. I also took charge of marketing, sales, and logistics.

The brand gained a significant following among fashion-conscious and price-oriented parents in Denmark, leading to a surge in popularity. The brand has since expanded to various parts of the world, with a notable presence in Asia, Europe, and Scandinavia. I was able to establish direct relationships with global vendors to facilitate distribution. Additionally, I hired various agents and distributors to further increase sales in the different countries where we operate.

I created a brand from scratch that became recognizable to parents in Denmark and beyond.
